Brief Job Description

• Experience with Siebel Server Administration, Siebel Tools, and Siebel Data Modeling. 
• Experience in Siebel Administration under AIX environments. 
• Good Siebel architecture and Sever Concepts. 
• Hands on Experience on Server. 
• Installation/Administration .
• Monitoring Siebel Components. 
• Repository Migrations. 
• Creating batch files (shell scripts) for server admin tasks.
• Provide technical administration and support for various Siebel environments. 
• Participation in support, troubleshooting, and incident resolution .
• Upgrade and patch management of Siebel environment. 
• Knowledge in Lightweight Directory Access Protocol ( LDAP).
• Ensure availability of Siebel environments and the software running in each environment. 
• Performance tuning. Optimize Siebel Software Components with configurable parameters. 
• Experience in database backups, online / offline. 
• Must have knowledge of SQL query language. 
• Experience with UNIX shell (sh/ksh/bash) scripting. 
• Experience standard with UNIX commands, preferably AIX, such as vi, ls, tar,  Understanding of AIX/UNIX file systems, including file/directory permission.
